You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bos55 login credentials, including your username and password. bos55 strongly recommends that you:

5.1 Deposit Processing

6.3 Withdrawal of Bonus-Derived Winnings

Winnings generated through Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived winnings before the Wagering Requirement has been met will result in the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings being removed from your Wallet, with any remaining Real Money Funds remaining available for withdrawal.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The exact multiplier for each bonus is stated on the relevant promotion page. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live casino table games and certain specialty games may contribute at a reduced rate. 7.3 Bonus Expiry

8.4 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game session — including server disconnection, software error, or power failure — bos55 will attempt to restore the game session to its last confirmed state. Where restoration is not possible, bos55 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet stake to the Player's Wallet. Malfunction voids all pays and play.

bos55 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your Account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Reductions take immediate effect; increases require a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further wagering is paused until the period resets.
• Session Reminders: Set a timer to receive an on-screen notification when you have been playing for a specified duration.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bos55 Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any bos55 content without prior written consent from bos55.

Game content — including game artwork, sound design, mathematics, and trademarks — remains the intellectual property of the respective Game Provider. Any disputes regarding third-party game intellectual property are to be directed to the relevant Game Provider.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bos55 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity, whether direct or indirect, arising from the use of or inability to use the bos55 Platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by planned or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, internet service provider outages, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or government action.
• Losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes subsequently corrected under the malfunction policy, or settlement delays attributable to third-party data providers.
• Any consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, even if bos55 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In all circumstances, bos55's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their bos55 Wallet during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.1 Closure by Player

You may request closure of your bos55 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon receipt of a closure request, bos55 will process any pending withdrawal of your Real Money Funds balance to your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC verification being on file. Closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours.

13.2 Closure by bos55

bos55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where bos55 determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent conduct, abused a promotion, or presents a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to the Platform. Where an Account is closed for breach, bos55 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a breach, bos55 may forfeit the balance in full.

13.3 Effect of Closure

Upon Account closure — whether initiated by the Player or by bos55 — all Bonus Funds and pending bonus offers are immediately cancelled. Unfulfilled wagering requirements are voided. Any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement at the time of closure will not be paid out.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law as applied in the jurisdiction of bos55's licensing authority.

Your continued use of the bos55 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
